Carisch BCA 7009 / 7018 [LPx10, 30cm] Antologia sonora della musica italiana dal Canto Ambrosiano a Vivaldi a cura di Riccardo Allorto

Reviewed in:
Gramophone (Vol./#-p.):
Disques (Vol.-p.): 109-421 (may 1959)

Information from LPs box (BCA 7009 / 7018), Disques (for HM), Gregorian Chant Discography (Jerome F. Weber) and Medieval and Renaissance Music on Long-Playing Records. MRMLPR states a LP diameter of 7", but Harmonia mundi and Weber states 25cm/10"; certainly a mistake in MRMLPR.
The title for Harmonia mundi release is: "Mille ans de chants sacrés: des mélodies ambroisiennes au déchant milanais". In the label number, the letter C of HMC appears to mean that it is an original Carisch release, not stereo compatible as used later
