Comments:
Information from owned CD. Listen to the Kyrie of more than 12 minutes.... Although not typical of the repertoire of this site, this recording reminds us of the traditional corsican music deeply rooted in the medieval era.

Comments of François Velde:
Traditional chants (secular and sacred) of Corsica, sung in Italian (Corsican dialect) by Corsican artists. The Ensemble Organum has studied the improvised polyphony practiced by these singers to understand how it might have applied to Baroque plain-chant.
