Information from BN-Opale & IUCAT (for MTT); also released in Germany (HM).
The MTT edition came with biographical notes on Michelangelo and commentary on his works ([59] p.: ill.) with disc in pocket.
The HM release was enclosed in the backcover of a booklet ([58] p.:ill.), as vol. ? of a serie released by the German publisher "Olten: Urs Graf-Verlag", based in Freiburg, Germany. This one was written by István Rácz (Dreiklang. Exklusivausgabe für den Urs Graf-Verlag zu Michelangelo)
