For some reason, it took me a couple of extra years to realize that this third volume had indeed been released back in 2014. This was a period in which Aeon's US distribution was in flux, and so I was even visiting the Quartet's own web site to check for an announcement of the third volume — but it's still not on their site! This, in particular, is why I didn't think it had been made, and why it took until 2016 to revise this listing.
