I've never really heard the "perfect" performance of the great Bb sonata, but Pollini's versions of the other two late sonatas are superb. The A major might be my favorite. Pollini does a great job being precise with his notes and tone production, while bringing about an impressive large-scale vision of the sonatas. The other pieces are basically filler, but enjoyable at times.
