For whatever it's worth, I've subsequently decided this CD is not holding my attention, and have not kept it. I'm putting this note here, and will for any others where this is true, so that the favorites list & directory otherwise represent recordings I currently enjoy and recommend (perhaps with some lag). I am leaving this note as historical reference, and because the CD might be referenced elsewhere in a discussion. - 03/06/2012
