This is one of my favorite programs on CD, and so a good reason to list this disc.

It was suggested on RMIC that this performance is ruined by too many apaswarams from the support vocalists. I cannot deny that there are many. The first pallavi alone has about seven, although the density falls off through the rest of the recital. In this case, I just ignore them. Of course, no apaswarams from DKJ, and his performance throughout the program is a strong one.

To purchasing information for this disc.

To Carnatic CD list.
