Information from CD and new Pneuna website. Names of instruments / voices are as they appear in the CD booklet.
The release of (1) "Cantigas de Toledo" and (2) "Cantigas of Castilla y León", marked the beginning of the record label Pneuma's project to record all the cantigas (songs) of Alfonso X, the Wise. These CDs were later released in Sony Classical's Hispánica collection together with (3) "Remedios Curativos", (4) "La Vida de María" (2CDs), (5) "Cantigas de Sevilla" (2CDs), (6) "Caballeros", (7) "Cantigas de Jeréz", (8) "Cantigas de Italia", (9) "Cantigas de Francia" and "Obras Maestras de las Cantigas" (Excerpts – 2CDs). PNEUMA now resumes the original project, and the series recorded by Eduardo Paniagua continues:
