This interpretation of Yaman differs considerably in mood & various details of articulation from the Nimbus classic, but especially in that it includes a composition in chautal with pakhawaj accompaniment. (The latter was also true of Dagar's French Great Master album.)
The combination of power & grace here can be quite astounding, in music generally low & slow.... (The sound of this recording is generally more distant than on its companion release.) This is an almost regal recital, the public climax to Dagar's time in Seattle.
